Preschool Young 2s, 2s, 3s, and Pre-K

Applicant families can indicate their preferred Early Childhood Division location; Riverside Campus (144 Riverside Boulevard at 67th Street) or our new 94th Street Campus (705 Columbus Avenue).

Pre-K (4s) Families

In addition to an open house for preschool, families interested in this program should attend a Lower School event to meet our leadership team and learn more.

We will be leading campus tours at both our Riverside and 94th Street Campuses throughout the admissions season. Registration is via Ravenna on a first-come, first-served basis.

After you have submitted an application and attended an open house, you may schedule your parent interview via Ravenna. Interviews are for parents and/or guardians only and are approximately 45 minutes long. Both in-person and virtual options are available.

Please schedule your child’s playgroup via Ravenna. Your child should be accompanied by any adult with whom they are comfortable.

Playgroups are 30 minutes long for 2s and 3s applicants, and 45 minutes long for Pre-K applicants.

All 3s and Pre-K (4s) applicants who are currently enrolled in a fully separated preschool program must submit the confidential Independent School Admissions Association of Greater New York (ISAAGNY) school report. This report will be given to your child's current school and must be submitted directly from their school to ours. If your child presently attends an ISAAGNY school, they can supply you with the form. It can also be downloaded here.
