The Gulmohar senior students have made us all so proud.
They brought excitement, smiles, and pure joy to the lives of many young students studying in the Pehli Kiran School in the Kutchi aabadi adjacent to our campus.
Our senior scholars arranged a fun-filled event for their contemporaries at The Festive Friday event which was arranged to raise funds for the Pehli Kiran School.
The student council and all the high school students gave generously and raised a whopping Rs. 90,000.
Last Saturday, 55 students from Pehli Kiran school, their teachers, and staff eagerly boarded the shiny red double-decker bus. Our Headstart students had arranged a welcome goody bag for each of their young guests. With everyone on board, the bus took them to all the major attractions of Islamabad. After an exciting few hours, it was lunchtime and everyone was treated to a happy meal at McDonald’s, which the children thoroughly enjoyed.
This was not all, as they made their way back home and were disembarking, our students had one final surprise and gift for each of their young friends. A bright, beautiful new backpack full of lovely stationery.
‘This would be a day that we shall always remember’ said the children and their teachers, happily.
