Send your resume and cover letter to either the Senior School Head Office or Junior School Head Office.
- Applicants should follow up via email or telephone if they do not hear from the School within 5 working days.
- The School may not honour resumes that are submitted except as per the above procedure.
- The School may not honour applications that contain spelling errors; are not typed; are submitted without a cover letter; not clearly legible due to formatting issues, etc.
Other Requirements
As English is the medium of instruction throughout our program, a high level of proficiency is a definite prerequisite for applicants at all levels. Applicants for positions at the Senior School without basic IT skills will be at a disadvantage.
Individuals applying to teach Montessori (Playgroup to grade 1); Elementary (grades 2 to 5); or those applying for reading and writing intensive subjects (grades 6 – 8), i.e. languages, history, geography, etc. may be asked to submit a writing sample when they come for the interview.
Applicants for teaching positions at the Senior School are almost always asked to present a demo lesson to a panel of students and faculty from their proposed department.
Individuals applying to teach Art or Music should either submit a digital portfolio of their work (preferably on CD-ROM) or request permission to present their portfolio during the interview.
Applicants for posts in the administration may be asked to put in a trial week, where they work with our existing team.
